Christopher Girouard

Chris Girouard is a full time Associate Broker servicing real estate buyers, sellers and investors. He is a lifelong Maine resident and graduated from Lake Region High School in Naples, Maine. He studied Political Science and History at the University of Maine, and has called greater Portland his home for the past decade.

He is passionate about the great outdoors and spends much of his leisure time traveling throughout Maine and New England and competing in the growing sport of disc golf. In 2019, he won the Maine State Championship as the top amateur player in the state.

As an avid competitor, he thrives in a fast-paced challenging environment. Real estate is where he found his home, where a sense of urgency and competitive negotiation skills on behalf of his clients are particularly rewarding. Chris is well familiarized with the greater Portland, Central and Southern Maine real estate markets. He prides himself on building lasting relationships and is committed to assisting his clients with the highest level of integrity and service.
